Registration
The registration is closed (deadline was March 10), however the Google form that you have filled is still active and can be used to provide more information (e.g. title of talk, abstract, and arrival/departure at the hotel, possibly with the Barcelona shuttle).
Payment
For invited speakers, no payment is needed (so, no registration fee).
For the other participants, the green light to pay the registration fee has been sent on March 19. Then, the registration will be effective when you will have paid the registration fee by bank transfer, or if a global payment from your institution has been secured by direct contact with the organisers, abidev2026@abinit.org. Also, if an invoice is needed, please contact us abidev2026@abinit.org before March 10, 2026.

The deadline for receiving the registration fee is March 31, 2026.
The registration fee covers the participation to the event from Monday 8 June to Thursday 11 June for one person, including
- Three nights either in a room for single use, or in a shared double room (with another participant).
- Full board from the Monday 8 June lunch (incl.) to the Thursday 11 June lunch (incl.), also including the coffee breaks.
- Fixed conference costs, like the rental of the conference room.
The registration fee for a room for single use is €600 per person, while the registration fee for shared double room is €450 per person. It is also possible to register for lunches, dinners and coffee breaks only (local participants), from Monday 8 June to Thursday 11 June with registration fee being €200 per person (this also includes the fixed conference costs).
In case you wish to arrive on Sunday 7 June or earlier, or leave on Friday 12 June or later, so, for additional nights, please contact now the hotel at comercial3@bravahoteles.com. The cost of the additional nights (estimated €110 per person per night incl. breakfast for a non-shared room, half for a shared room) will have to be paid directly to the hotel. The initial mail to Mrs Salas about this issue was needed to estimate the number of such additional night(s) and plan with the hotel, but you need to finalize with the hotel. If you do not contact the hotel, these additional nights will not be secured. Also, please contact the hotel if you have an accompanying person. They will upgrade the hotel room, and you will have to pay the difference to the hotel.
When you contact the hotel, please mention : (1) Your name ; (2) You are an ABINIT developer workshop 8-11 June participant; (3) The details of the extension and/or companion(s) ; (4) The type of room (by default participants are in a Sea view double room -either shared or for single use- but a few have been assigned a Superior sea view double room and have been personally informed -in principle, the hotel is aware of your room type, but they have asked that you mention it in your mail).
